Day 7 of no cytotoxics or steroids.  I feel really great today.

Had my regular appointment with Margot and Neal.  Margot did her usual excellent work on my neck, back and shoulder.  This helps so much.  Neal did my alignment, taking especial care that by cervical 1 and 2 vertebrae are in exact alignment.  He explained that this important because in order for Chemo-Therapy to have its maximum benefit, these 2 vertebrae need to be aligned with the brain stem that leads down into the spine.
