Not only that, but the last chapter of 10 pages, is without a doubt, the most concise summation of Christian Passages or the New Testament of the Bible I’ve read. It is astonishing how the author puts the essence of Christianity in these few pages.

Visualize Healing with Andrew Johnson
This is a wonderful iPhone application. Andrew is a clinical hypnotherapist located in Scotland. He uses a technique of visualizing a healing light that is entirely consistent with that recommended by Agnes Sanford. I use this on every night that I wake up at 2, 3 or 4 in the morning and can’t seem to get back to sleep. I do fall asleep either during or very shortly after listening to this recording.

Hi Susan – I use a curcumin called Meriva as the brand name for the ingredient. Meriva is curcumin that has been reacted with phosphatidyl choline, which they call ‘curcumin phytosome’ and is available from various manufacturers of filled capsules. The whole point of this is to make the notoriously insoluble and not bioavailable curcumin into something that our bodies can absorb and be available and hopefully have some efficacy. I’ve been buying the 500 mg Thorne Research version from Pure Formulas.
